Oil flushing and oil purifying
Oil flushing and oil purifying are specialized maintenance procedures used to remove contaminants from hydraulic, turbine, and lubrication systems to prevent premature equipment failure. While flushing physically cleans the pipe walls and internal components, purifying treats the lubricant itself
Oil Flushing
Oil flushing is a mechanical cleaning process used to clear pipelines, dead zones, and internal channels of post-assembly debris, sludge, and varnish. It involves pumping heated oil through the system at high velocities to create turbulent flow, which lifts and carries away contaminants into high-performance filters
Oil Purifying
Oil purifying (or filtration/dehydration) continuously processes the working fluid itself by removing solid particles, dissolved gases, and moisture. It utilizes specialized equipment—similar to a blood dialysis machine—that runs alongside the active system or in a recycling loop to extract water and bring the oil back to OEM specifications.
